Jiangsu Zhongrui Electrical Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Zhongrui")is a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province,specializing in research, development,design,production,installation,service,and general contracting.It is also recognized as a specialized,refined,unique,and innovative enterprise as well as a private high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province.Established in March 2006,the company began its group operation and management in 2012.The total registered capital of the group company is RMB 145 million.It has five wholly-owned subsidiaries: Jiangsu Zhongrui Electric Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Jiangzhirui Construction Co.,Ltd.,Nantong Jiangrui Metal Materials Co.,Ltd.,Jingjiang Jiangrui Air Conditioning Equipment Co.,Ltd.,and Jingjiang Jiangrui Electrical Co.,Ltd.
