Structure and Cable Protection
The product uses a ladder-type structure with rungs connected by cold-press riveting. This structure provides stable support while meeting corrosion-resistance requirements based on the selected material.
Curved bends are available for changes in cable routing direction.

- It also helps reduce damage to cable insulation at turning points.

Custom Manufacturing Support
Jiangsu Zhongrui Electric Group Co., Ltd. has been engaged in electrical equipment and cable routing product development, design, and manufacturing since 2006. The factory covers 28,061 m², has about 150 employees, and includes an R&D team.
For ladder style cable tray production, the factory uses CNC cable tray punching machines, fiber laser cutting machines, hydraulic presses, automatic welding machines, laser welding machines, and CO₂ gas-shielded welding machines.

Inspection, Packaging and Delivery

EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP trade terms are supported.
Warranty terms depend on the project and can be up to six years.
If transport damage occurs, repair guidance or replacement of damaged goods can be provided according to the actual situation.
