Continuous Support for Cable Routes
Tray type cable trays use the XQJ-P-01 structure and are designed for projects that require continuous support along the cable route. Available materials include hot-dip galvanized sheet, aluminum-zinc coated sheet, and stainless steel sheet.
- Standard widths: 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, and 800 mm.
- Side heights: 60, 100, and 150 mm.
- Different size combinations can match cable quantity and available installation space.
- Applications include power, transportation, petrochemical, metallurgy, mining, industrial, and urban construction projects.
The continuous tray structure provides consistent support along straight cable sections and allows the main routing dimensions to be selected directly from project drawings.
Routing Accessories and Project Matching
Tray type cable trays can be combined with matching bends and other cable tray accessories to form a complete routing system. Curved transition components help meet cable bending radius requirements when the route changes direction and reduce the risk of damage to cable insulation.
- Horizontal bends can handle route direction changes.
- Tees and crosses can be used at branch positions.
- Vertical bends support changes between different installation levels.
- Main trays and accessories can be confirmed together for dimensional consistency.
Drawing-Based Production and Order Flexibility
Jiangsu Zhongrui Electric Group Co., Ltd. supports manufacturing based on customer technical drawings or prototypes. Non-standard dimensions can be developed according to installation requirements.

Quality Control and Export Preparation
The factory uses CNC cable tray punching machines, fiber laser cutting machines, hydraulic presses, automatic welding machines, profile bending machines, and laser welding equipment. Tray type cable trays receive 100% inspection before packaging, and third-party inspection is accepted.
Production progress can be shared through photos or videos. Export packaging can follow standard export requirements or be adjusted according to customer needs, supporting project supply, multi-model orders, and repeat purchasing.
