Longer Straight Sections for Cable Routing
The Long Span Cable Tray is manufactured from cold-rolled or hot-rolled profiles and is available in ladder, tray, and solid-bottom structures. The corresponding product series are DJ-T-01Ⅱ, DJ-P-01Ⅱ, and DJ-C-01Ⅱ.
Standard straight-section data is based on L=6000 mm, while a single section can reach approximately 9–12 m according to the required configuration.
- Width options: 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, and 800 mm.
- Height options: 100, 150, and 200 mm.
- Three structural forms can be selected according to cable type and route requirements.
- Longer section options provide additional flexibility for extended straight cable routes.
System Accessories for Route Changes
The Long Span Cable Tray series can be combined with bends, tees, crosses, upward and downward bends, and rotating bends. Matching accessories follow the same 200–800 mm width range and 100, 150, or 200 mm height options.
This allows straight runs and direction-changing sections to use one coordinated dimensional system. Project teams can first select the required structural form and then confirm width, height, straight-section length, and accessories from the installation drawings.
Manufacturing for Non-Standard Lengths
Jiangsu Zhongrui Electric Group Co., Ltd. uses profile bending machines, fiber laser cutting machines, hydraulic presses, automatic welding machines, laser welding machines, and CO₂ gas-shielded welding machines for production.
For non-standard lengths, structural combinations, or project-specific orders, manufacturing can follow customer technical drawings or prototypes. The technical team can participate in solution selection, drawing confirmation, and production planning according to site conditions, tray structure, and purchasing quantity.
Production Control and International Delivery
Each Long Span Cable Tray order is scheduled according to the confirmed series and quantity. Production stages are followed through an order-specific plan, with progress information available during manufacturing.
Products receive 100% inspection before packaging.
Third-party inspection is accepted.
Confirmed specifications can simplify repeat-order production.
Export packaging can follow standard requirements or customer instructions.
EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP trade terms are supported.
