The Prefabricated Steel Cable Trench uses reinforced channel-type profiles and is identified by the model code ZDLG-C/T-b-h-L.

"C" represents the channel-box structure.
"T" represents the ladder structure.
"b" indicates trench width, "h" indicates height, and "L" indicates length.
The system includes the channel body, cover plate, fixed partition, and support components.
The surface is treated by hot-dip galvanizing.
Components are assembled with bolts, so on-site welding is not required during installation.

Drainage and ventilation provisions are reserved at the bottom of the trench, supporting use in substations and related power engineering projects.

Plate Thickness by Trench Width

The structural plate thickness is selected according to the specified trench width.

For 150 ≤ B < 400 mm, the minimum channel plate thickness is 2.5 mm and the anti-slip cover plate is 4.0 mm.
For 400 ≤ B < 800 mm, the minimum channel plate thickness is 3.0 mm and the cover plate is 6.0 mm.
For 800 ≤ B ≤ 1400 mm, the minimum channel plate thickness is 4.0 mm and the cover plate is 6.0 mm.
Different trench sections can therefore follow one width-to-thickness selection rule.
