Two Conductor Choices in the ZRMC Range
The Copper-Aluminum Composite Busway belongs to the ZRMC busway system and offers two conductor configurations for different power distribution requirements.
- MJT uses a copper conductor arrangement.
- MJL uses an aluminum conductor arrangement.
- Both configurations have a listed width of 152 mm.
- Rated current covers 250A to 6300A.
- The final selection can be based on current demand, conductor preference, installation space, and route conditions.
Current Rating and Product Height
MJT and MJL use different structural heights at several current levels, allowing the route design to be checked before procurement.
- At 250A, both configurations are 110 mm high.
- At 630A, MJT is 110 mm and MJL is 120 mm.
- At 1600A, MJT is 160 mm and MJL is 220 mm.
- At 3150A, MJT is 285 mm and MJL is 465 mm.
- At 4000A, MJT is 335 mm and MJL is 565 mm.
MJT reaches 445 mm at 5000A and 565 mm at 6300A.
These dimensional differences allow the specified conductor type to be coordinated with switch rooms, shafts, and busway installation routes.
Project-Based Configuration
