Product Range and Electrical Selection
The Enclosed Busway can be configured with CMC enclosed busbar or GMC high-strength enclosed busbar structures for concentrated power distribution in building and industrial electrical systems.
- CMC rated current range: 250–5000A.
- CMC rated voltage: up to 660V.
- CMC rated frequency: 50–60Hz.
- CMC supports three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems.
- GMC is designed around a high-strength enclosed structure and different insulation arrangement.
- The final series can be selected according to electrical parameters, route layout, structural support conditions, and installation space.
GMC Structural Characteristics
The GMC configuration uses polytetrafluoroethylene film and silicone rubber as part of its insulation structure.
- Product data states that support may not be required under a 6 m column-spacing condition.
- This characteristic can reduce intermediate support requirements on suitable long busbar routes.
- Actual installation still needs to match the building structure, busway direction, and site conditions.
- CMC is more directly selected from defined current, voltage, system form, and connection requirements.
- Different sections of a project can therefore be matched to the structure most suitable for the route.
System Drawing Coordination
Jiangsu Zhongrui Electric Group Co., Ltd. supports technical communication from the electrical single-line diagram and building layout.
Straight sections, bends, equipment interfaces, joints, and plug-in positions can be confirmed together.
Products can be manufactured according to customer technical drawings or an approved prototype.
Factory acceptance and installation-related technical coordination are supported.
Custom route requirements can be incorporated into the confirmed manufacturing information.
Production and International Supply
Production time is determined by the selected series, route configuration, and order quantity.
- Manufacturing progress can be provided during production.
- EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and DDP trade terms are available for international projects.
- Export packing can be arranged according to straight-section dimensions and accessory form.
