Six-to-Nine-Layer Support for Tunnel Routes
The Cable Tunnel Cable Support is designed around the DZJ1-62 to DZJ1-96 series for tunnel sections that require a higher number of cable support levels.
- Standard configurations provide 6, 7, 8, or 9 layers.
- Each layer group includes cantilever lengths of 210, 310, 410, 510, and 610 mm.
- DZJ1-62 to DZJ1-66 correspond to the 6-layer group.
- DZJ1-92 to DZJ1-96 correspond to the 9-layer group.
- The model structure helps maintain consistent identification between tunnel drawings, purchasing lists, and installation work.
Height Selection for Dense Cable Arrangement
Each support layer count has a matching standard column height.
- 6 layers: 1230 mm.
- 7 layers: 1470 mm.
- 8 layers: 1710 mm.
- 9 layers: 1890 mm.
The specified support spacing is 1000 mm for power cables and 800 mm for control cables. On long tunnel routes, these values can be combined with section length and cable type to calculate the required quantity for each model group.
Tunnel Project Engineering Support

Product selection can begin from tunnel cross-section and cable-layer requirements.
Non-standard installation points can be developed from drawings or an approved prototype.

Factory acceptance and installation-related technical communication can be coordinated when required.
