DZJ Steel Support System
The Steel Cable Support uses the DZJ product system for cable routing in trenches, tunnels, and related cable installation areas. Its model rule provides a direct way to identify the main support dimensions.
- Model format: DZJ-n-h-b.
- "n" represents the number of cantilever-arm layers.
- "h" represents the column height.
- "b" represents the cantilever-arm length.
- The coding method allows engineering drawings, purchasing lists, and site installation references to use one consistent identification system.
Support Spacing and Model Selection
The DZJ range includes different layer quantities and cantilever lengths for both cable trench and cable tunnel applications.
- Listed spacing for power cable supports is 1000 mm.
- Listed spacing for control cable supports is 800 mm.
- Different layer configurations can be selected within the same project.
- Cantilever length and installation height can be matched to the available space.
- Non-standard site dimensions can be submitted for additional technical confirmation.
This selection method makes it possible to organize mixed-model orders according to cable type, route section, and mounting conditions.
Steel Processing and Custom Supply
