The Steel Cable Trench Support covers the DZJ1-22 to DZJ1-56 model range for cable trenches requiring 2, 3, 4, or 5 support levels.
- Five cantilever lengths are available within each layer group: 210, 310, 410, 510, and 610 mm.
- The model sequence allows the support depth to be matched to trench width and cable arrangement.
- A project schedule can identify each support by layer count and cantilever length.
- The range is suitable for trenches where different sections require different numbers of cable levels.
Defined Heights for Each Layer Group
Vertical dimensions increase according to the number of levels.
- 2-layer configuration: 390 mm column height.
- 3-layer configuration: 570 mm column height.
- 4-layer configuration: 810 mm column height.
- 5-layer configuration: 990 mm column height.
- Power cable layouts use a listed 1000 mm installation interval.
- Control cable layouts use a listed 800 mm interval.
These values allow purchasers to calculate quantities from trench length, cable type, and selected DZJ1 group.
Model Selection and Custom Steel Production
Standard models can be selected directly where the trench geometry matches the listed dimensions.
DZJ1-22 through DZJ1-26 represent the listed 2-layer group.
DZJ1-52 through DZJ1-56 represent the listed 5-layer group.
Non-standard mounting conditions can be developed from technical drawings or a prototype.
A sample unit can be prepared before batch ordering for dimensional review.
