General Low-Voltage Power Allocation
The Distribution Box provides a central point for distributing incoming electrical power to multiple downstream circuits while integrating switching, protection, and metering functions where required.
- It can be designed for single-phase or three-phase networks.
- Common service voltages include AC 220/230V and 380/400/415V.
- A design voltage up to 690V can be used when required by the project.
- The usual current range is 63–400A.
- Nominal frequency is 50/60Hz.
- Short-circuit protection capability can be configured from 6kA to 50kA according to the selected breaker and system condition.
Manufacturing Support
Jiangsu Zhongrui Electric Group Co., Ltd. has manufactured electrical equipment since 2006 and can organize project-specific production from approved technical information.
- Customer drawings or an existing prototype can serve as the manufacturing reference.
- OEM and private-label orders are supported.
- Drawing review, quotation coordination, factory acceptance, and shipment follow-up can be included in the order process.
- Manufacturing status may be shared by photo or video.
- Each finished unit is subject to a complete pre-packing inspection, with independent inspection available when requested.
- Export packing can be adapted to the purchaser's delivery requirements.
Enclosure and Internal Layout
The housing and installation method can be selected for the location in which the equipment will operate.
Enclosure materials can include cold-rolled steel sheet, galvanized steel sheet, stainless steel, or another material suited to the specified environment.
Wall-mounted, recessed, and floor-standing forms are available.
MCB, MCCB, RCCB/RCBO, isolating switches, SPD, and metering devices can be incorporated according to the electrical scheme.
Incoming devices, busbars, protective components, and outgoing terminals can be arranged in separate functional areas.
Spare DIN-rail positions and reserved space may be included for later circuit expansion.

The equipment can be configured for commercial buildings, industrial plants, warehouses, public buildings, machinery packages, and infrastructure auxiliary power systems.
