Lighting Circuit Architecture
The Lighting Distribution Box is developed for projects where multiple lighting zones need separate switching and protection from one centralized panel.
Supply arrangement can be single-phase or three-phase.
- Normal operating voltages are AC 220/230V and 380/400/415V.
- Available current capacity spans 32–250A.
- Operating frequency is 50/60Hz.
- Standard outgoing capacity covers 4–36 ways and can be adjusted to the actual lighting schedule.
- Enclosure protection can be chosen within IP30–IP65 to suit the installation location.
Control Options for Different Lighting Zones
The panel can combine protective and control devices according to how each lighting area is operated.
- MCB devices can be assigned to separate lighting branches.
- RCCB or RCBO devices can be used where residual-current protection is needed.
- SPD units can be incorporated for surge protection.
- Contactors can operate switched lighting loads.
- Timer controllers can manage scheduled on/off periods.

The panel can serve offices, shopping malls, hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, warehouses, underground parking areas, road landscapes, and other public lighting facilities.
Surface-mounted wall installation can be selected for exposed mounting.
Recessed installation can be selected where the building structure provides suitable space.
Circuit numbers and terminal labels can identify different lighting areas.
Internal wiring can follow the confirmed circuit schedule for easier checking during maintenance.
Lighting drawings can be used to determine enclosure form, outgoing quantity, and control functions before fabrication.
